These terms and conditions apply to the Quantyx application (hereafter referred to as "the App") for mobile devices, provided as a free service.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before using the App. Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the App into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App remain the property of their respective owners.

We are committed to making the App as effective and useful as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify the App or charge for its services at any time for any reason. Any charges for the App or its services will be clearly communicated to you in advance.

The App stores and processes personal data you provide to deliver our service. It is your responsibility to keep your device secure and maintain access to the App. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this may compromise its security features and could result in the App not functioning correctly or at all.

Liability

Be aware that certain functions of the App require an active internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. We cannot be held responsible if the App does not function fully due to lack of internet access or if you have exhausted your data allowance.

If you are using the App outside of a Wi-Fi area, remember that your mobile network provider's terms still apply. You may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage while accessing the App or other third-party charges. By using the App, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the App outside your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the App, we assume you have received permission from the bill payer.

We cannot always take responsibility for how you use the App. For example, it is your responsibility to ensure your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to access the service, we cannot accept responsibility.

While we strive to keep the App updated and correct at all times, we rely on third parties to provide information so that we can make it available to you. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying entirely on the functionality of the App.

We may update the App at any time. The App is currently available on various operating systems, and the requirements may change. You will need to download updates if you want to continue using the App. We do not guarantee that we will always update the App to be relevant to you and/or work with the operating system version you have installed on your device. However, you agree to always accept updates to the App when offered. We may also wish to stop providing the App and may terminate its use at any time without notice. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination:

  1. The rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end;
  2. You must stop using the App and delete it from your device if necessary.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Therefore, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
